Where your money goes

When you sponsor a team on SponsorTh.is, your payment goes directly to the team's verified Stripe Connect account. We never hold funds in an intermediary account. The team organizer receives payouts directly from Stripe to their linked bankĀ account.

Verified team organizers

Every team on SponsorTh.is must connect a Stripe account, which requires identity verification through Stripe's Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This ensures the person receiving funds is who they claim toĀ be.

Transparent sponsorship tiers

Teams set clear sponsorship tiers with descriptions and benefits so you know exactly what your contribution supports. Community supporters can also give any customĀ amount.

Refund policy

If a team page is taken down or if you believe your sponsorship was misrepresented, you can request a refund. See our full refund policy forĀ details.

Visibility controls

After sponsoring, you choose whether your business name and details appear publicly on the team page. You can opt out of public display entirely ā€” your contribution still counts toward the team'sĀ goal.

Fee transparency

SponsorTh.is charges a single 6% platform fee that covers both payment processing and the platform. There are no hidden charges, monthly subscriptions, or surpriseĀ costs.
