We collect name, email, payment data (via Stripe), IP address, and device data. See our Data Policy for comprehensive details.

3. How we use data

We use data to process sponsorship payments, provide records to team organizers, maintain audit trails, send transactional emails, and improve platform performance.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data based on contractual necessity (to process your payment), legal obligation (record-keeping), and legitimate interest (platform security and fraud prevention).

5. Data sharing

We share data with team organizers (their sponsors only), Stripe (payment processing), SendGrid (transactional emails), and legal authorities when required by law. We never sell sponsor data.

6. Third-party services

We use Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email, PostHog for privacy-respecting analytics, and Cloudflare for security. We do not use advertising trackers.

7. Data retention

Sponsorship records are retained for a minimum of 5 years. Deletion requests are subject to legal record-keeping obligations.

9. Your rights (CCPA)

California residents may request access to, deletion of, or information about their personal data. We do not sell personal information. Contact privacy@sponsorth.is to exercise your rights.

10. Children's privacy

SponsorTh.is is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
