Refund Policy

How refunds work

SponsorTh.is is a technology platform that connects sponsors with youth sports teams. Payments are processed through Stripe and sent directly to the team organizer's connected account. SponsorTh.is does not hold or control funds at any point.

Requesting a refund

If you believe a sponsorship payment was made in error, was unauthorized, or you have concerns about a team, please contact the team organizer directly. Team organizers can issue refunds through their Stripe dashboard.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you are unable to resolve a refund with the team organizer, you may contact your bank or credit card provider to initiate a dispute. Stripe handles all payment disputes according to card network rules.

Platform fees

The 6% platform fee is non-refundable, as it covers payment processing costs incurred at the time of the transaction.
