Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of the SponsorTh.is platform. All users â team organizers, sponsors, and community supporters â must comply with this policy.
Permitted uses
SponsorTh.is may be used for lawful youth sports fundraising, including team sponsorship pages, community support campaigns, and equipment or travel fundraising. Users must accurately represent their team and use collected funds for the stated purpose.
Prohibited uses
The following are strictly prohibited: fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive fundraising; money laundering; pages that promote violence, hatred, or illegal activity; impersonation of individuals or organizations; collecting funds under false pretenses; sponsors in alcohol, gambling, adult content, weapons, or political organizations (youth-appropriate sponsors only); and any activity that violates federal, state, or local law.
Enforcement
SponsorTh.is reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold payouts pending investigation, and report illegal activity to law enforcement. We may take action with or without prior notice when we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.
