Data Policy

What data we collect

For team organizers: name, email, team information, and Stripe Connect account details. For sponsors: email address (collected by Stripe at checkout), business name, logo, website, and tagline (optionally provided post-payment). Payment card data is processed and stored exclusively by Stripe.

Who can access data

Team organizers can access sponsor data for their own team only. SponsorTh.is staff may access data for platform operations, support, and security purposes. Stripe processes and stores payment card data — we never see or store card numbers.

Data retention

Sponsorship records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for record-keeping. After account deletion, we retain records as required and delete all other data within 90 days.

Data sharing

We never sell user data. We share data only with: team organizers (for their own sponsors), Stripe (for payment processing), SendGrid (for transactional email), and law enforcement (when legally required).

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their data (subject to legal retention), and opt out of data sales (we do not sell data). Contact privacy@sponsorth.is to exercise your rights.

International data transfers

Data is processed and stored in the United States. By using SponsorTh.is, you consent to the transfer and processing of data in the U.S.
